A licensed professional counselor in New Jersey with telehealth privileges in Florida. I obtained my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chestnut Hill College and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Gerontology from Stockton University. For over 20 years, I have worked with adults, couples, and families facing challenges such as depression, grief, anxiety, postpartum issues, infertility, menopause, and chronic medical conditions.

 

In 2017 my husband and I went through infertility treatments. In 2019 while working in community mental health, I had a child. Although I never expected to transition to private practice, I decided to take the plunge to align with my new priorities and focus. During my infertility journey, as "geriatric pregnancy" with gestational diabetes and through the postpartum period I realized how much women needed support from people who understood these emotionally vulnerable times.

 

My interest in women's health grew, and my dedication to education motivated me to seek the highest quality training to support women through their life transitions.

My areas of specialties include infertility counseling, postpartum mental health, and menopause mental health, allowing me to provide a well-rounded  and informed approach to women’s mental health.
